At AphaCards.com, we strive to ensure every transaction is secure and every customer is satisfied. However, due to the nature of digital gift cards, all sales are final. Once a gift card has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy helps prevent misuse and protects the integrity of our platform.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The gift card was not delivered due to a verified technical error on our platform.
  • The delivered card is invalid or non-functional and verified by our support team.
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment system error.

Ineligible Scenarios

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • The gift card was purchased by mistake.
  • The gift card was sent to the wrong recipient due to incorrect information provided during checkout.
  • The gift card was used or partially used.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase:

You will be required to provide your order number and any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).

Investigation and Processing

We will review all refund requests within 3 business days and notify you of our decision. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, reach out to us for further assistance.

Delayed Refunds

Once a refund is approved, we initiate the process immediately. However, depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you do not receive your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider — some financial institutions may have longer processing timelines.
  2. Verify your original payment method — ensure the refund was not posted under a different date or descriptor.
  3. Contact our support team — if the refund is still missing, we will investigate further and provide confirmation of the transaction.

We are committed to resolving all refund-related concerns promptly and transparently.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account may be suspended and further purchases restricted.
