Verification times vary by brand and card type. Most cards are verified within 1–12 hours, but some may require manual checks and take up to 24–48 hours. We always notify you by email when verification completes.
Payouts are sent via PayPal or ACH (bank transfer). You can choose your preferred payout method during the submission process. For bulk sellers we also offer custom payout arrangements — contact bulk@aphacards.com.
Yes. For a small number of cards use the standard submission form. For high-volume or enterprise submissions use our bulk process — email bulk@aphacards.com and we’ll assign a dedicated handler.
If a card is rejected, you’ll receive a notification with the rejection reason. Common causes are invalid PIN, depleted balance, or flagged account. Reply to the seller support email for a review: seller@aphacards.com.
We email you when the payment is processed and provide a transaction reference. For PayPal payments, check your PayPal account email; for ACH payments, the bank transfer will appear on your statement within 1–3 business days after processing.
