Secure payout options with reliable processing times

Sellers may choose from secure payout options. Each method has standard processing windows — select the one that best fits your preference.

PayPal

Fast, convenient, and widely used — PayPal is ideal for sellers who want near-immediate payouts.

  • Typical timing: approximately 2 hours after offer acceptance and verification (usually faster, depending on PayPal’s system).
  • Requirements: ensure your PayPal email is correct and verified to avoid failed transactions or payment delays.
  • Notes: PayPal may place temporary holds for new or high-value accounts. These holds are outside AphaCards’ control but typically resolve quickly.

ACH / Bank Transfer

Direct deposit to your bank account offers reliability and is best suited for sellers preferring standard business transfers.

  • Typical timing: 1–3 business days, depending on your bank’s clearing time and region.
  • Requirements: provide accurate routing and account numbers. The account name must match your registration details.
  • Notes: ACH transfers do not process on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Security, Limits & Holds

To protect both sellers and buyers, AphaCards may apply verification holds or payout limits for new sellers, unusually large transactions, or accounts requiring additional checks. These measures ensure secure fund transfers.

We release held funds as soon as verification completes. Always confirm your payout account details are correct to prevent delays.
