Delivery timing depends on the product type. Below are typical timeframes and what you can expect after a successful purchase.
Digital gift codes
Digital codes are the fastest option. After successful payment and any required verification, delivery is typically:
- Instant: most digital codes are delivered within seconds to minutes after purchase.
- Verification window: in rare cases we may briefly hold delivery while validating the listing (usually under 15 minutes).
All digital code deliveries are automatic — you’ll receive your code by email and it will also appear in your Order History.
Physical cards (shipped)
If a listing includes a physical card, timelines include processing and carrier transit. Below are typical estimated timeframes:

You’ll receive tracking details once the item ships. Delivery windows exclude weekends and public holidays.
If delivery is delayed or missing
- Check your order history and email for tracking updates.
- If digital delivery hasn’t arrived after verification, contact [email protected] with your order ID.
- For shipped items, contact the carrier using your tracking number. We can assist if carrier status is unclear.
