AphaCards provides customers across the United States with access to 100% brand-new, authentic gift cards from trusted retailers and global brands. Our buying policy ensures every purchase is secure, transparent, and delivered with confidence.

Payment Options

Delivery

Digital gift cards are sent instantly via email. Physical cards (if available) are shipped through verified carriers with tracking.

All cards are sourced directly from official distributors or verified suppliers — never pre-owned, resold, or user-submitted.

1. Product Authenticity & Availability

Every gift card sold on AphaCards is brand new and originates from official brand partners, authorized wholesalers, or licensed distributors. We do not sell or resell used, traded, or customer-submitted cards. Availability and denominations are based on live stock levels and may vary depending on the issuing brand’s current supply.

2. Ordering & Payment

Customers can browse and purchase gift cards directly from the Shop page. Once you’ve added cards to your cart and completed checkout, your order is processed immediately through our secure payment gateway. We currently accept PayPal and major debit/credit cards (via Stripe). All transactions are protected with full PCI-compliant encryption.

3. Delivery & Processing Times

Digital Gift Cards: Delivered instantly via email after successful payment and verification. In rare cases, verification checks may take up to 30 minutes.

Physical Gift Cards: If available, physical cards are shipped via tracked delivery. Estimated shipping time is 3–7 business days within the U.S.

4. Refunds & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a code is issued. However, AphaCards guarantees the validity of every card. If you encounter a code issue (invalid or unreadable), contact our support team immediately. After internal verification, a replacement or refund will be issued within 24–48 hours if the claim is valid.

For physical gift cards, refunds may be available if the order is canceled before dispatch or if the package is lost in transit. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

5. Security & Verification

AphaCards uses advanced fraud detection and verification tools to protect both the platform and our customers. All transactions are reviewed to ensure payment legitimacy and delivery safety. Occasionally, customers may be asked to verify their identity or confirm payment details for high-value purchases. These checks are conducted securely and privately.

6. Brand Terms & Usage

Each gift card is governed by the issuing brand’s own terms and conditions. Once a card is delivered, its use and redemption fall under the brand’s policies. AphaCards is not responsible for restrictions, expirations, or regional limitations imposed by the issuing merchant.
