How do I buy a gift card?
Simply browse our shop, select the gift card you want, and complete checkout. Your gift card will be delivered instantly to your email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major debit/credit cards. Your payment information is securely processed during checkout.
How are gift cards delivered?
All gift cards are delivered digitally via email and will also appear in your account under “Orders.”
Do gift cards expire?
Most gift cards do not expire, but it depends on the brand. Expiration details, if any, will be noted on each product page.
Can I refund or exchange a gift card?

I didn’t receive my gift card. What should I do?
Most gift cards are delivered instantly to your email after payment.
However, in some cases – such as high-value order, bulk orders or manual verification – delivery may take up to 24 hours. We’ll notify you by email if any delay occurs.
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, log in to your account or contact us at support@aphacards.com.
Is it safe to shop on AphaCards.com?

Do I need to create an account to buy?

Reselling Policy
AphaCards allows both buying and selling of gift cards. If you are selling a gift card to us, please ensure it is valid, unused, and transferable. All cards are verified before payment is released. Attempting to sell invalid, fraudulent, or already-used cards may result in account suspension.
Bulk & Corporate Purchases
We offer bulk and corporate orders upon request for U.S.-based customers. Please contact our support team if you are interested in buying in larger quantities.
Purchase Limits
To ensure fair use and prevent fraud, AphaCards may set daily or per-transaction purchase limits. Limits vary by payment method and card type.
How to Use Gift Cards
Each gift card brand has its own redemption process. Instructions are included with your code. All cards sold on AphaCards are redeemable only in the United States.
Failed Payments
If your payment is declined, double-check your details and try again. If the problem continues, please contact support so we can help.
Taxes & Fees
There are no hidden charges. You only pay the listed price of the card. Local state taxes may apply depending on your location in the U.S.
Rewards & Affiliates
Currently, AphaCards does not offer an affiliate or rewards program. If this changes, we will announce it on our website.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders that have not been delivered yet may be canceled. Once a gift card is sent, cancellations are no longer possible.
What if I receive an invalid or used gift card?
All gift cards sold to buyers through AphaCards are new and verified. You will never receive an invalid or previously used card. If you experience any issue, contact our support immediately.

How do I sell a gift card on AphaCards?
To sell your gift card, select the brand and value, enter your card details, and submit. Once verified, you will receive payment through your chosen method (PayPal or ACH).
Which gift cards can I sell?
AphaCards accepts a wide range of U.S.-based gift cards, including popular brands such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Apple, and more. Availability may vary. Please check the sell page for the latest list.
How does the verification process work?
Every card submitted is checked for validity, balance, and transferability. This process ensures safety for both buyers and sellers.
When will I get paid for my gift card?
Payments are released within 1–3 business days after your card has been successfully verified. The exact timing may vary depending on the payment method you choose.
What payment methods do you support for sellers?
We currently offer payouts via PayPal and ACH.
Can I sell multiple cards at once?
Yes. You can submit multiple cards in a single transaction, but large sales may require additional verification.
What happens if my card fails verification?
If your card cannot be verified, the transaction will be canceled and no payment will be issued.
Do I still need to keep my card secure after selling it?
Yes. Even after your gift card has been sold and verified by AphaCards, you should keep your card details safe and secure. Sharing or reusing sold card information can cause issues and may affect your account standing.

I can’t log into my Aphacards account. What should I do?

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

My account is locked or disabled. What should I do?

Can I change my account email?

Why did I receive Aphacards emails in my spam/junk folder?
