Bulk Seller Onboarding

Join as a verified bulk seller and start submitting at scale

Welcome — this page explains how to join AphaCards as a verified bulk seller. Read requirements, prepare documents, then complete the application form below.

Who should apply

  • Retailers, corporate sellers or distributors with consistent monthly gift card volume.
  • Resellers who can provide proof of inventory and legal ownership of gift cards.
  • Businesses able to comply with our verification and anti-fraud checks.

Required documents

  • Business registration or certificate (W-9 / VAT where applicable).
  • Recent utility or bank statement matching business name.
  • Proof of gift card sourcing / inventory (samples or supplier invoices).
  • Valid ID for primary account contact (passport, driving licence).

Typical timeline

  • Application review: 1–2 business days
  • Document verification: 1–3 business days
  • Activation & onboarding call: within 3–5 business days after verification

Pricing & payouts

We offer brand-specific rates. Payout timing depends on selected payout method:

  • PayPal: typically processed within 2 hours after approval.
  • ACH / Bank: 1–3 business days.

Prepare inventory uploads with our CSV template. Columns should match exactly.

Security & fraud prevention

All applications are checked via automated and manual review. Failure to provide valid documentation will delay or block activation.
