Program Overview
The Bulk Seller Program provides an enterprise-grade flow for businesses, resale partners, and large individual sellers — combining efficient intake, automated verification, and predictable settlement. Membership is available by application and requires minimal onboarding documentation.
Onboarding & Requirements
- Application: complete the Bulk Seller application to start (business name, contact, typical monthly volume).
- Verification & KYC: business verification, owner ID, and anti-fraud checks are required for approval.
- Contract & Terms: approved sellers sign a simple bulk-seller agreement outlining pricing tiers, settlement terms, and dispute resolution.
- Minimums: program minimums depend on brand and negotiated tiers; details are provided during onboarding.
Submission & Intake Workflow
- Upload batch: submit card batches via our secure bulk intake portal (CSV + supporting documents or API upload).
- Automated checks: instant validity and activation checks run on all codes.
- Manual validation: flagged cards are reviewed by our operations team; expedited queues for verified partners.
- Offer & acceptance: aggregate offers are issued per batch; you approve and accept to trigger settlement.
Pricing, Volume Tiers & Settlements
Pricing uses transparent, brand-specific rates. Sellers receive improved rates as monthly volume increases or when committing to recurring shipments.
- Volume tiers: customized tiers (e.g., 0–$X, $X–$Y, $Y+ per month) with step-up rates.
- Settlement options: immediate PayPal (approx. 2 hours after final approval) or ACH settlements (1–3 business days) per your account settings and agreement.
- Reporting: detailed settlement statements, batch-level breakdowns, and downloadable CSVs for reconciliation.
Risk Management & Compliance
For bulk operations we apply additional fraud detection, velocity checks, and sampling reviews. AphaCards reserves the right to hold batches pending deeper verification if suspicious patterns or brand concerns arise.
Sellers must maintain accurate records and cooperate with investigations. Non-compliance may result in rejected payments, account suspension, or legal action.
Integration Options
For partners with frequent uploads we offer secure API endpoints and SFTP options to automate batch submissions, receive offers, and pull settlement reports. API access is provided to approved partners under an API agreement.
Support & Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Bulk sellers receive priority support and a dedicated account manager. SLA levels (review times, dispute resolution windows, and escalation paths) are defined in your onboarding documents.
